Daily routine set kro aur use follow kro iske liye daily night ko ek kitab me agle din ka pura point wise kaam likh lo
As my routine
Sunday
(1) Wake up 6 am (6 to 7 yoga)
(2) 7 to 8 go garden take exercise
(3) 8 to 9 take bath, eat food etc
(4) 9 to 11 study
(5) 11 to 2:30 i handle my shop
(6) 2:30 to 4 ff max or book reading or study or yoga or go garden take exercise
(7) 4 to 6:30 rest (sleep time)
(8) 6:30 to 8:30 fun with friends roaming
(9) 8:30 to 9 worship
(10) 9 to 10 shop
(11) 10 to 11 eat food, watching akbar birbal, motivation or other peace video
(12) 11 to 12 read fresh books
Then i sleep and remember this routine, and follow next day same like that
