Can you run more than 1 pet perk at the same time?
And can you explain how better to activate pet perks?
No, a pet can only have one pet perk active. You can change it any time that pet rebirths.
It charges up passively 10% per 60 seconds while a pet is summoned. It also charges up 1% every time the pet attacks or gets attacked. The charge resets when you desummon the pet. You can only use the pet perk if it is 100% charged.

You can fill the pet rebirth meter by clearing requirements to get points. You can see requirements by hovering over the pet rebirth meter in the pet's info window.
Or you could use fynn sync to inject it with levels, which is what we did in the video.
i dont get the pet friends thing
Many types of pets have "on summon" effects - like the damage AoE from bone dragons or the pegasus pets. Friend summon slots are unlocked using the Violet Perfume during Fynn Sync, which then let you hotkey other pets as friend summons so you can gain those summon effects on command without desummoning your pet. Those friend summons then automatically desummon very quickly.
