Yes. Mortgage is good! I always try to shift all the mortgage debt from my home to my rental properties. This way I claim as much interest as possible on the investment mortgages as possible, and I my home pmts are really low. I wonder how Adele managed portfolio when all her assets are leveraged to the tits (LTV greater than 80%) after prime going from 2.20% to 7.20%.
I’d have concerns about being constantly leveraged to the tits, a shift in the market and your life’s work goes up in smoke
