In India all private solar power projects are supplying electricity to state electricity boards @ of Rs 2.75 to Rs 3.15.Hydroelectric projects are very old projects owned by the government which have a per unit cost as low as 50 paise per unit. India has upgraded its transmission system significantly and has reduced transmission losses significantly. Power projects require huge investment and support of non corrupt governments only then electricity tarriffs can come down.

These experts spread negetivity. In stead these invite messengers of ALLAH (mullas/moulvies) and discuss these problems with them. They will tell you the aayats from the complete holly book to overcome all the problems being faced by Pakistan. SO SIMPLE. Allah is almighty and capable of doing EVERY thing.
Alternatively you can invite establishment reps. They are expert businessmen. They can guide how to get everything free including electricity. Once free electricity is available, your economy will automatically improve.
