I've not taken any vitamins for hair growth because I'm naturally a little hairy on my hands and legs and I don't want any side effects. There are liquid and capsule biotin. Pick what suits your body. Preferably multivitamins. I also heard B5 can cause acne but just try it out and see how it goes💗
