As an autistic I feel the sentiment lol. I'm described as quite blunt and sometimes described as rude. Then again im also described as genuine and people often come to me when they don't just want to hear what others think they want to hear. It's a fine line to walk, being true to yourself whilst also not going around being an a-hole. Keep growing, keep learning, I'll be here doin the same 🖤

Yeah... yeah. It's the good old tension - charge - discharge - relaxation cycle that has to complete.
How else are we going to get back to building tension? Ha
Thank you for the video, I found it brave, insightful and touching.
    ...well that was very generic.
Let me rephrase: I really fucking appreciate you doing this. This is what healing and evolving looks like, to me anyway.
(Also, the way you handled the lady's presence reminded me of the incident described by McKenna... look up a clip called "Terence Mckenna Ayahuasca Trip and Fardow", as his wife... oops not going to spoil it)

Wow I really like your story telling. That girl sounds like a conniving beyotch tbh. I learned the phrase “righteous anger” recently and I like it. I don’t know where all this occurred but it sounds like a healing retreat or something?? Sounds super draining dealing with a bunch of human shenanigans and not for me. Thanks for sharing ❤

I've watched heaps of your videos now and one thing I've noticed about you is that you can be super critical of yourself in regards to whether or not you're being authentic and I wanted to just make a comment now to say give yourself some grace girl! Even when that ego be ego-ing, I've noticed you can still authentically point it out and laugh it off with your super polished awareness that I clearly see that you have. You are sometimes pointing things out that I haven't even noticed because I'm too distracted by enjoying the lovely frequency you're emitting in all your videos whether you feel you're being authentic or not. That self-doubt voice needs a name, can we name her? She always wants to be in your videos. 😂 If you are still full of sacred rage, by all means tell me to kindly F off with my comment, but I hope it lands on you with the love I intended!

😅 I love this comment so much, all of it. You're so right, she's always there wantig to be in the videos !! Let's definitely name her, so we can call her out! Thank you so much for your comment, really I get what you're saying fully, it's super nice to have that confirmation🙏💗

She will always be self conscious and super critical of herself, which is the whole point, the shift in world power is now in the direction of the conscious ones, the people who have woke from the 'american dreamlike' state of unconsciousness. I mean we would have to be in an unconscious state of humanity in order to have commited and continue to commit such atrocities that exist in our current reality...

We gotta be mindful to respond, no matter what our emotions want us to react to.

Omg, I laughed so hard at the end. “Thumbs up the video”. You ended so silly, because it is all so silly in the grand scheme of this experience. But I immediately mashed the like!!!
But for real, this is such a powerful video for me. And prescient.
I just wanted to say it is clear how much you put into that retreat, and I hope you got at least some of what you needed out of it. I think it’s so much easier to be angry or resentful towards the person rather than the behavior. Big ups to you for working so hard at making that distinction. Oh and geez having your vulnerability and authenticity used against you? I know how that feels, but not in such an intentional container.
But thank you for modeling for us all these gifts that you share. It is a gift to see you angry, let it be and resolve it in such an authentic and even compassionate way.
I hope that somehow you get those hours back in the coming months in deep and peaceful meditation. 🧘‍♂️. Thank you. Much love. Justin

That smirk would have irked the fuck out of me. When I can't access my "love state" I try to turn all my thoughts off since my "darkness spigot" can depress me right quick. Easier said than done, though, when you're not working from home and have to be interacting with people, esp. those who deliberately try to push one's buttons.

Wow, I felt that... I am still somehow moved... Although I haven't done something wrong... But That's probably it has something to do with me, that I felt so many times anger about teasing me down, stealing M happy Ness, my joy, not being respected in my boundaries... Holy... Rage❤

@@heytherejessieherewell, it's so easy said, when people who have, or we are unsure, if they know better. Teachers, or psychologists.. People who you think know better, must know better; or issues I am unsure about. M sister also has certain Powe over me, though healing from it. The age gap, dealing with emotions is happening in 2 sensitive phases (0-6 approx) inner child and adulttry building in puberty (aprox. 12 - 18). I mean, I haven't build up, because of a ragous household a strong loving adult yet, but I am in process. It's so easy said, then done, when rage or power of the other person has access. Probably they wouldn't dare, if I would have already built up blabla LA, but yeah, being mean is like their problem, now IA cn see it more, and also speak up in these moments, giving back, and sometimes, especially my sisters, quite raw and authentic. Hope we ll getting better soon with our emotion handling... As the most important thing - to stop wars of any kinds, and also the sex theme.. But That's another chpter😂🎉 - big love to you, too❤

Today I came into a situation which was pretty awkward, where it exactly happened to me kind of what brought this rage into the world. Where somebody stole my prkingapace and laughing at me and saying stupid things. I raged out. I shouted over the whole marketplace, ending crying and shouting that "he's the a**ho**". The whole place ws staring and it was a bit silence while the act happened. I am amazed how energy works. Emotions are energy. And when we expulse this energy onto somebody it probably has to get out somehow.😅 I am totally with you, that we have to say Authentically no - and Today I was a short moment afraid, that Somebody could call me crazy, and bring the police. I also found a book today with the title 10 days in the madhouse. It s investigative journalism, where a lot of years ago a journalist woman played mad to get into a madhouse, and a wife was there for not showing obedience to her husband. All in all the people there were tortwred for not being societically rules. It is Totally accepted to be an egoistic asshole, it's the norm, for surviving. In status quo society. But me, I was the one who was seen " crazy" shouting. It all makes swnce with burning wise women in the past who didn't want to obey. 💔😢
