I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant with my 1st baby (a boy) and having a planned c-section as he’s feet first and something with my placenta just means it’s better, but that’s on Nov 10th! Sooo excited to hear/see you go through this exciting chapter whilst I’m doing it too! Have watched you since day 1, you helped me sooo much through lockdown and through our v v stressful flat sale nightmare/then house renovation, and I think you are going to be a great source of consistency on mat leave! Ooh I went in McDonald's for a big Mac without the meat to make it veggie earlier and a coffee my regular Sunday treat 😂 my fave Halloween doughnut is Gregg's spooky one and even my mum who hates doughnuts loved it! Congratulations!!! I don't want to be OTT (and believe me I wasn't over cautious in pregnancy) but soft serve ice cream (McFlurry and Mr Whippy) should be avoided in pregnancy. I ended up making my own as I craved it soooo badly (and have eaten a million since birth) but there is a risk of listeria. Again I wasn't mega cautious (drank a bit of caffeine, didn't go overboard as loads of cravings) but was cautious with that one! X
It was weird because I was always like oh this must be ridiculous, but then a (non pregnant) lady from my work got food poisoning from a Mr Whippy and her whole family. Some stuff is obvious, some is ridiculous (some people go OTT on things to cut out) but for me, it is one that realistically is better to avoid when pregnant as listeria can build on the machines if not cleaned
I get what you mean about the spice like if its too spicy its like your taste buds dont get the flavour you just get hit with the spice that doesnt taste of anything a girl i work with ordered some food the second time she ordered it it she asked for it extra, extra very hot on the just eat description😂😂😂xx Congratulations on your pregnancy i hope it all goes well for you ❤❤ xx
