I can really relate to this video. Be careful not to give yourself burnout lovely and don't worry about posting content, we're still all here regardless of when you post and your health and wellbeing has to come first. I've had the unluckiest October and can't wait to see the back of it tbh. Had covid last week and was pretty unwell with it, had time off work for that then goes back to work and ended up unwell with a different health matter so had to ring in sick again and I've felt so guilty but you can't help feeling run down and if you don't acknowledge that you need time out then you just end up with burnout. Luckily my employer is really understanding. Well done on the promotion also. Just don't put too much pressure on yourself 😘

Remember you’ve done the hard work now to get us all hooked on your vids- it can be quality over quantity now when needed- especially now life is back to ‘normal’ more! Ah im from York! Best breakfast/lunch places - Brew and Brownie, Pig and Pastry or Robinsons. You HAVE to go to Flori's bakery to try their ham and cheese pastry as you love a ham and cheese croissant, it is literally insane. They are open thurs-sun from 7:30am till sell out!

I’m from the East Riding near York, the Christmas market is amazing, they do traditional Christmas stalls and at the York designer outlet they do a Christmas fair with an outdoor ice rink. I went to hallowscream at York maze on the weekend and would 100% recommend if you can still get tickets!

Hey I just wanted to say, well done for challenging the ED thoughts!! I know how horrible it can be going through that, and as someone who has come out of the other side being able to eat anything and everything with no guilt, I can tell you it’s definitely worth it!! I found that I simply ALWAYS had to do the opposite of the thoughts, and challenge every single fear food until it wasn’t scary anymore. Never feel guilty about eating what tastes good and makes you feel good, at the end of the day when you’re 80 years old, you wont want to regret not living your life to the fullest! Xx

I’m 32 and got IDd for a spoon at Asda the other day 😅 he said it comes up under cutlery and it’s to make sure they don’t sell knives to young people which I get but use your Brain it was a set of spoons ffs 🤦♀️
