Hi Dani! I found you today 8/21/22 ..I was looking up how to put down vinyl floors. Never the less I went through a few of your videos. I ran across this one on drywall. I'm a master finisher meaning theres nothing I haven't seen that I cant do after 30 years doing it..😳😳 wow I feel old..🤣 but it's a gift! So on with my comment everything is right but..its ok on the backside of the patch put mud on it as well specially the paper portion the more the merrier. Then wipe it tight as possible! It's best to let it dry! Bc you dont want blisters or it can unbond..bc theres wet on top of wet unless you use durabond a fast drying material. This allows us to do it much faster. Between coats go wider than the previous coat as well as the mudd should be thinner and thinner not as much mudd..another note use 100 grit sand paper it shouldn't burn the drywall. I hope I explained it to the point its understood? Oh yeah and in Georgia we call it a "hot patch" why? I have no idea??😊 enjoyed your video you do great work! From Georgia...✌

This is great because the wall socket are not always on the best places in certain rooms
