And against C Jack i honestly don't think he even has a power advantage, yea he was able to kill an elephant with one punch, but you know what C Jack did with one punch? De-rail and blow up an entire train. Lol.

Music in game in the late 90's early 2000's was more original with fighting games and action games its like how in mainstream music is watered down to appeal simple minds in now times people
This song was totally wasted on a fighting game, bear with me, hear me out, before I'm thrown to the wolves. You either went straight to this song, and, to listen to it and it's details, didn't enjoy the fighting game somehow, by going to the training mode and stand still for instance or to the fight against one of these two chars and either beat the eff outta of them, or avoided combat for as long as possible to enjoy the song. Either way, you enjoyed the song, or enjoyed the game, I know I couldn't do both. This song would fit marvelously on a fantasy RPG game though, I can even imagine it on one (Star Ocean, the one I played lately), and it sounds amazing on it.
Disagree, i enjoyed both the soundtrack AND the game. In fact the soundtrack enhanced the game for me, the game itself is super fun but with this amazing ost to go along with it it was amazing. SF EX has one of my favorite fighting game soundtracks of all time.

For example I love hearing Guile’s theme start to ramp up while I’m playing, it amps me up during the fight, and I don’t feel like the sound effects are in the way of me enjoying it.
