There are many software comes with free trial and free to use. But this software feels so comfortable and almost you can use all features except a single feature. Hope you explore the feature in this video.

Just export your product list as Excel file then remove and update your list of product then import your new file. Cheers!

Thank You for your support to the community.. I have recently installed this software and facing one challenge.. My Product sales report doesn't print in acesding order of either product codes or product names.. It prints in very strange format... Item code 44 will be on the top row and item with code 21 will be some where in the middle.. and even the names are the same alphavet wise and may be is the only differene the size of the item.. Can you help me on this?

Thanks for your explanation. Question; lets say i have a products that comes in cartons, in each carton contains 4 rolls of the item, in each roll contain 10 boxes and in each boxes contain 10 items. how to i add the product into inventory. customers could decide to buy 1 item or in box or in rolls

I got your query well and this was the most wanted feature by the Aronium user. Packaging feature is not injected in the software for the time being. Hope the developers will consider this. In the current version you have to enter the least sub product exemplary items and when you sell carton you will have to enter the whole number of items. I think in your case 400 items if I am not mistaken. Cheers!

If suppose we have one product Qty 100 in stock, out of these we sold Qty 25 and invoiced, now we Qty 75 remaining in stock and it became non moving, if we delete this product, what will be the impact on the previously invoiced item?
If customer returns the product or how it can result in the financial aspect?

You can not delete product which has documents means sales or purchase. It is because of parent and child relationships. You have to delete all documents to delete the respective product. Return will be discussed in next chapter and will be published today. Cheers!

Hey. Lovely playlist on Aronium. I just had a question. I have created products and given an initial inventory. Now how can I update stock inventory in the Aronium interface? Is it possible to just update the stock values/units via an excel file?

Wa alaikkumussalam. It’s a standard version not Network one.
Can the product belong to multi group? Example, 42" OLED TV, belong to OLED group and 42 INCHE group?

Brother when you go the price tag 12:14 , it automaticaly changes the barcord number for all the products, and gives the same number for all of them ,different to the one you wrot in the import , so when you print it and scan it the system tell you it doesn't exist
Barcode and product code are different. You have to click the barcode mode search method at the time of scanning. Have a look around the top left corner. There are four ways you can search products. Cheers!
@@mctechs what I meant brother , if you checked the video at 12:14, when you enter to the price-tag area you'll fined that the barcode number is not the same one you wrote in the import document , it changes the last digite
automatically, and all the product have the same new barcode number now
Brother. It’s not the same barcode. I gave 25 copies, that’s what It shows the same number and details. Given barcodes 13 digits as appeared on the CSV file. If you have any questions let me know. Cheers!
@@mctechs same here: 11:34 : diferrent ( apple mcbook producte) , diferrent 'SKU' and just 1 copy , but all have same barcode number , not what you entered befor and have in 11:25 .

Can we print barcode from auronium in barcode label printer or we have to print in A4 size printer? Because it seems like A4 size printer will be needed.

Hi, Brother.If I am Running a supermarket /grocery store how do i control cases , 6 packs and single item of say cool drinks.i buy cool drinks in cases of 24. i sell them in case of 24, pack of 6 and single. How do i control stock on this item. enjoying your tutorials
Good question. This cartons maintaining features is not available at the moment. But you can treat that as a different product if you are selling them as cartons.

Yes you can not delete any product which is in any of your existing documents. If you want to delete the products you have to delete the documents first then try out. Cheers!

hello Siraj, I have a comment, my products on the software is written in Arabic language, so when I export the data to excel file the names of the product are completely different for example it shows like this (Øنة ابوهشيم), can you please advise how to fix this issue, thank you!

May be sql because the network version is equipped with MS SQL server.
