Hi, I found the Aroninium POS software last week, downloaded it and discovered your videos. Thank goodness :) I was wondering how to use this software a bit more as accounting as well, especially with tracking the money. Thanks for covering the Expenses part. How do I add an Opening balance for my business? I did not see a video for cash in/cash out. And i'm not sure if that will do the trick, since I don't really understand the Z-report. Open in/open out is normally for a shop that starts with float everyday. We sell 2 types of things - Toys and Homeware. We work mostly in Cash, We split it in 4. The cost of both and the profit of both. Our excel spreadsheets are not sufficient enough anymore. So how do i get this money as a opening balance for the business inside the software to keep track of the money 100% inside aronium? I want to use it well enough and keep track of all our money, if that makes sense :)

The downside is I can’t have a wholesale price and I’m now practicing on Odoo as they offer multiple price list. Because the inventory is such a mess being not able to consolidate both sale. What Aronium suggests is that we create a sale document. But having 2k+ skus, it’s impossible for everyone to memorise and manually input each price. Although it’s a great POS for an e-commerce, retail, and service businesses.
You can set stock warning message when the stock reaches the certain point either the re order level or minimum level. Wait for the video on this area.

Usually as per the accounting theory cash and credit sales are treated as income. Thereby Aronium reports are aligned with accounting standards. Sorry for the late reply.

I have small doubt. Can u fix it. In aronium if we are going to give a discout to a item. Percentage is ok. But if we reduce price by rs. Per item. It didnot calculate for items. Is there any solution for it ( actual price 215, after discount 200, for 10 items, but total is 2135. It should be 2000)

You have to customize the bill then you can get the MRP and discounted amount.

Cloud is not available for this version. You have to purchase the network version which is paid one.
