Yes, and also so light. But the negatives are they're smelly, noisy and you need to mix the fuel. For some reason tho, I just love that little 3.3hp 2 stroke!!
So impressive! Were also refitting a 65 power catamaran, and its amazing to see how others are tackling these big projects. Thanks for sharing your journey!
Thank you for this vidéo.🙂 The problem with 2 strokes engines, is that they are no more allowed on most of the lakes (in France and Switzerland anyway...).
Yes it's the same here. Bala it's no fuel at all. I think people love the simplicity of the 2 stroke, also the light weight but that's about it. I think modern day 4 strokes are now a much better option. Electrics still have a lot of catching up to do for me.
Nice work. The good thing about two strokes is they can be stored on any side without problems. Handy for transporting in car or bottom of boat.

Many thanks. I'll be sure to check your channel out too. Yes I think it's great to see people just doing it themselves.

I have no idea. I can't remember but I bought it with the oil so anywhere that sells the oil. It just screws onto the bottle.
