It took me about 10 years of watching football to realise that the Fulham badge had FFC in the middle. I thought it was just a weird symbol until I was about 21.

Nope, the new one looks like the one badge from the 1980s that they‘ve won the Champions League with it (in an era, where clubs like my Hamburg (HSV) or Nottingham Forest could win a European trophy).

Yes it's unfair to judge a badge design which is basically transient even though he's still being harsh. But IT'S MEANT TO BE A ROUNDEL (just like Middlesbrough's). Also I can't be doing with Stars on badges even though clubs want to flaunt their Champions league status (the Italians have a much more organised system on shirts with regalia showing what each club has done etc). I notice the real Villa logo is so good that some of the training shirts etc i saw on tv have a retro badge on just to remind everyone?

Went to uni in Lincoln and the Imp is absolutley everywhere. It's in the cathedral and it's holding its leg because an angel jit it with a stick or something

As a cardiff fan i think we should go back to something like the 1998 -2003 badge as it showed our welsh heritage but keeping us as the bluebirds unlike what tan did

Not being biased but I think the Sunderland badge is actually one of the better newer badges. Due to its detail and it’s meaning as well as the colour scheme

I dont know how to properly explain it, but Newcastle and sunderland have the most "football club like" crests in england imo. Theyre literally perfection. If i had to make my own football club crest, their crests would be a sort of template id go off. I do have to also mention though that they look like they could be houses in harry potter or something though 😅

Wolves probably have the best badge in the uk, is simple straight to the point, unique colours and shape, and it’s so recognisable, like it’s got a wolf on it so no one would be far off

Imo the best looking football badges among the 92 clubs (in no particular order) are: Crystal Palace, Southampton, Liverpool, Middlesbrough, Sheffield United, Cheltenham, Portsmouth, AFC Wimbledon, Carlisle and Leyton Orient.
Meanwhile my runners-up go to these: Man United, Chelsea, Coventry City, Exeter City and Gillingham.

Actually just to be fair - even though I diagree with almost everything here - you - and all your rivals doing this subject - should do a video comparing THE OLD badges with the new ones as a redux video i.e. how does the 'Etihad Eagle + Stars' compared with the 'real' City logo, the modern Forest 'tree' vs the trad stag badge, the 70s aerodynamic Ram vs the old crested Derby badge etc. Everybody on YT should do em all!
