To any non-english speaker it is VERY obvious that Klopp did not mean «not in great shape» comments in a fatshaming way, hence why the danish reporter had no problem clearing the air afterwards.

The Klop one is defiently not about being fat. He just translated it from german. In German "in Schlechter Verfassung" means something life not in a good state but can also be used in a different way of saying someones not in great shape.
