At 2:40 example, can't the form error be up to .01 rather than .005?
I believe this was just a mistake in the video. Yes, the form error at LMC is total geo tol unless otherwise specified in the FCF, which it does not.

For an external feature like the pin we have here, the outer boundary would be the MMC Size + the Geometric Tolerance = .505+.003=.508
