Font manager 2022 is not opening in window 10

The app doesn't work! I have several font apps and this one doesn't work. It starts up analyzing fonts and never finishes analyzing hence I never had a chance to use the software.
Finally it opened up the fonts because I removed large font collection folder from the list. The app is still buggy, when I placed a mouse over the scroll down triangle a tooltip popped up about font info and I can't use the button because tooltip blocks the click! app works super slow compared to all other apps. This is the slowest!

I am here because I purchased the Upgrade to Corel Painter 2022 and cannot find a way to PREVIEW the FONTS offered by Painter. I have no way to see them before I use them SO, I looked and saw "Corel Font Manager" but there is nothing tells me it can be used with PAINTER 2022. I cannot use Painter 2022 efficiently if I cannot see what the fonts look like. Anyone got any ideas..??? I cannot find or download Corel Font Manager (by itself) unless I purchase an expensive program I don't use and don't need.

All this info, and she doesn't even tell us how to 'drag' a font from an Explorer folder and into a collection.... I used to be able to do that, but now cannot. How about the basics on how to add a 'new' font that was downloaded into an Windows Explorer window??????
