This race had so many drops, 2 in a single race is crazy. That and the winning team got their school record, and the national lead time, while dropping the baton. That is crazy!

Just goes to show you knowing how to carry the baton is not all that it is cracked up to be.

NEVER turn your head--to run your leg, UNTIL you have the baton firmly in your hand. (Still, they won!)

Great Oak 800 runner should have been DQed for blocking. He was leading and his team was in lane 1 but he swung to lane 2 to push 2nd place out before swing back into lane 1.
