I like the style and looks of this LP380. Upon comparing the tone, its more on mids, lack of base and more likely fussier, so I still prefer the of previous SP280.
As LP380U has 6 voice samples from German & Italian Pianos, can you please let me know if it has voice sample from Steinways Piano ? The generic term "German" provided in the documentation by Korg could indicate any of "Bechstein","Bluthner" or "Steinways". I prefer warmer & mellower tone of Steinways. It has a good base effect too.
Ok, according to Korg, after speaking to them. Lp380 is not the same as G1 (don't know about c1). G1 is has a complete different (better) sound board etc.

I have it. It's an ok piano for practice. Nothing fancy. But it's decent. What I don't like about it it's the position of the speaker. Since it's a very narrow piano( it is one of the reasons why I got this one btw, my apartment is small), I tend to hit the speaker with my knees if I'm not careful. And I'm not a tall person. I constantly worry I'll damage it because of this.
I guess when you come across someone who can actually play nowadays Its almost a”a bad thing”. I’d rather hear someone like this who can do an instrument such as this justice. Thank you. Am considering the grandstage.

Are the keys thump noise too loud? Compared to a Yamaha P125 for instance

I don't know if u still interesed in buy one! But i have a lp 380, and it is a cool piano! And very versatile
