I work in a school, with about sixteen to twenty year olds. I smell Cloud and Baccarat Rouge everywhere. I love both, but it took away a bit of my personal pleasure of wearing those. I absolutely still love them, but I don't wear them anymore because I don't want to smell like most of my students. I don't mean to offend anyone with that, but I just feel that way about it.
Try the Libre Le Parfum! It’s so much smoother and doesn’t hit you straight in the face with lavender. This is the only version of Libre that doesn’t give me a headache
Chloe is one of my favorite fresh perfumes and men adore this scent on women. My bf likes a tarte note of Lechee mixed with rose with some sweetness. All men love that fresh modern rose 🌹
You're so right, it's the same people who wear baccarat rouge that hate on other fragrances like viva la juicy and flowerbomb because they are popular, meanwhile they are wearing like the MOST popular perfume xdd
Lol oddly enough both Tabu and M work really really well with my skin! On me Tabu goes to a sweet, spicy cinnamon and M goes to a smokey, vanilla, gardenia. Wish they would have worked for you!
I tried so hard with M but it's gross. I dislike Libre EDP, Flowerbomb and Black Opium which smells like Avon Far Away Rebel and I'm so mad at that. I should have listened to the reviews which said as such about the Rebel perfume and not spent the money on Black Opium. Now it's just sitting there😑. I don't really like La Vie Est Belle either 🤭, and the Baccarat dna I'm so very overrrr. They need to stop it already. I absolutely loathe Viva La Juicy and all it's clones and reincarnations.....come to think of it the Baccarat dna is today what Viva La Juicy was in it's prime.
My most hated perfume was one I loved… I bought YSL’s Black Opium years ago and wore it often. A former coworker asked me all the time was I was wearing and told me she loved it. Then she proceeded to bully me in the office and straight up assaulted me. I can no longer enjoy that perfume because of my memory of her. Then I start entering tons of reviews into the Influenster app to receive free products for review and the first box I receive is LSY’s Black Opium.
Libre EDP is beautiful until the dry down… I couldn’t get past how much it smells like a chemical-laden dryer sheet on me. The intense is beautiful because of the vanilla and is a great winter scent. I just purchased the EDT… it’s beautiful for warmer weather and dryer sheet-free! I feel the same about the Mademoiselle line… don’t like the original but LOVE the EDT and Intense so much.
I really think it's just the younger generation wishing to be "original" or "different" with this new hype for fragrances. When in reality everything has been done. So just like what you like regardless of hype or overuse as long as YOU love it. Who cares if others have it or you happen to smell it linger when someone walks by due to it being on their clothing? I swear people really be on the internet pretending they are the ones formulating fragrances or creating "new innovative" things -- when in reality they are just consumers like the rest of us. But constantly hearing about this matter is becoming worse than "everyone" wearing the same fragrances. Can we just let this issue goooo☠💀. I just want to hear differing opinions ON THE FRAGRANCE not on why "I smell this everywhere" but on how the notes read to each individual person that is why I live and breathe fragrance. It's becoming too common to see videos where people don't even know the notes or how to detect them and just show the fragrantica page notes which can be incorrect sometimes. And not for nothin: but, I have never smelled baccarat rogue 540 or even Ari's cloud while I'm out and about regardless of area (upscale or more casual) which is kind of wild TBH. People forget other's have more than one fragrance and rotate them. OR maybe another fragrance smells similar and you're perceiving it like it's one brand when really it's another... Food for thought. TLDR: Just do you boos and let others do them. Bless.
I really dont like YSL black opium. I don't know what it is about my body chemistry and this scent. It just goes really cleaning product type smell on me. Also Prada Candy doesn't smell of anything on my skin. Can't detect a fragrance at all. Just dissipates.
Yes, you should try Libre Intense, it’s so good! I thought regular Libre was kind of meh, but it was love at first sniff for me with Libre Intense! There’s indeed vanilla, but I also pick up a lot of the tonka as well, and it’s so warm and addictive. I also struggle with tuberose, I tried Rouge Malachite after hearing Demi Rawling raving about it, but I hated it, thought it was an old lady dusty perfume (no offence). I also dislike Good Girl because of the prominence of the tuberose (at least to my nose), but that bottle though!
Oh dear, there are so many fragrances I don't like. And yet still so many I do like. What I don't like: Chanel and Montale are brands that I don't get along with in general. Sampled quite a lot from both brands, but I have never found anything I like from there. Actually, same goes for YSL. I hate with a burning passion: Ange ou demon by Givenchy and Pink Sugar by aqualina. Both absolutely disgusting to my nose. Most disappointing fragrance is Strawberry by Malin & Goetz. Gave me two seconds of green strawberry and then nothing. Nothing at all. And I recently tested a fragrance from The Zoo, which was utterly horrible, but I forgot the name of that one. Think I blocked it out after fainting from the absolute disaster that one was.
I hate Libre and LI also! The Parfum I do like. I don't think you will like the Intense either lol. The Parfum smells like a few other frags though- Paradoxe and Voce Viva. I dislike Chloe as well. I love Flowebomb and open it but I haven't worn it in a while though.. wearing Coromandel today- I just got a big bottle❤
For me Cristal noir 🥴🤢 scrubbed it off right away I also realy don't like the plasticy/doctors office smelling hype like cloud/br And yeah M by Mariah disappointed me so much, I just got straight granny
Definitely Mariah Carey M perfume. I agree. I had high hopes for it too. It’s still sitting in a box in my basement. I heard if you let that perfume sit for a while it gets better. Lol we will see.
I always disliked Libre edp so I never bothered smelling the Intense for so long but thanks god I did it one day because it's one of the beautiful perfume I have ever smelled

Glad it worked for you ❤️❤️ can def see why it’s popular!

Haha it’s crazy how fast it escalated 🫣
NOPE on Libre!

Omg that’s awful 😦 I’m sorry that happened
Wait!! I just clicked on your video and you look so beautiful!!!
Libre Intense is amazing. They did it right with that one ;)

Casablanca was my most hated one . I love this video 👍
❤️❤️
I hate that note also! I liked it at first but now it makes me gag😢
@@sibyl333
I couldn't handle it at all.. I tried a lot then I gave it away
Casablanca made me so nauseous…after all the initial hype I was just a tad let down when I tried it…urgh!🤢😆
I really don't like Libre by YSL...
Completely agree with you about the BR/cloud DNA being everywhere
I have both samples of Libre and Libre intense , had them for months now and STILL I cannot wear them, I end up washing it off every time!
I really dont like YSL black opium. I don't know what it is about my body chemistry and this scent. It just goes really cleaning product type smell on me. Also Prada Candy doesn't smell of anything on my skin. Can't detect a fragrance at all. Just dissipates.
I agree with Libre, I don't get the hype, it's so nauseating for me personally, it's TOO MUCH.
Yes, you should try Libre Intense, it’s so good! I thought regular Libre was kind of meh, but it was love at first sniff for me with Libre Intense! Very excited to smell it! 🫶 yeah I might just steer clear of rouge malachite haha

Libre smells like toothpaste to my nose. I wanted to like it sooo bad 😅
For me Cristal noir 🥴🤢 scrubbed it off right away
I also realy don't like the plasticy/doctors office smelling hype like cloud/br
And yeah M by Mariah disappointed me so much, I just got straight granny
I actually like Crystal Noir but I know it’s not for everyone!!
OMG YES LIBRE! I do not like it…it smells like an older man to me with a slight lavender note
Definitely Mariah Carey M perfume. I agree. I had high hopes for it too. It’s still sitting in a box in my basement. I heard if you let that perfume sit for a while it gets better. Lol we will see.
Hahah good luck! 😁
I always disliked Libre edp so I never bothered smelling the Intense for so long but thanks god I did it one day because it's one of the beautiful perfume I have ever smelled
Mmm I’m dying to sniff it 😍
Chloe not original. Original Chloe is a Lagerfield tuberose/white floral.
