I had a Leisure Arts book that had Santas on the cover. The accompanying article told about a lady's collection of Santa's. I thought I would display mine together that year because - I thought I probably owned 5 or 6...maybe as many as 10. When I put them together, I discovered I had over 30! LOL! My collection has grown so big that I commented to my husband that I had enough. That was the year he went to Russia with our church and brought me another one. He said he immediately thought of me when he saw it...and if course, it is one of my favorites. Wish we could craft together....and your sister & I could compare notes on our collection. Awesome job!
To super cute Deanna. I think any and all of the hints and tips I was thinking has already been said. so I am just gonna say I love them and you are a super duper crafter! Hugs!!!
Thank you for sharing.....on the gingerbread doll, I think if you packaged with embellishments and make it as paper doll, from years ago, and put into a clear bag, the kids could make an ornament for their tree..sounds absolutely wonderful......🎄🦌.
Instead of the clear wrap, you could wrap each one as an individual gift using wrapping paper. Lots of paper for little cost and just use flat Christmas ribbon for the bow on each. so it is like a gift box full of gifts that they can guess at. Just my input. But I love the idea with the crayons. Love your idea. Keep up the great work. Love your attitude too. You make me smile.
Bless your heart. You had something to take care of and am sorry to hear of the loss. Thank you for making time for us in your hard time. Thank you very much😁❤🖐
I would make one and leave it open as a sample at the craft fair so everyone could open it to see what was included so they would not have to open up the rest of them. I think $4.00 each would be a good price. You have to factor in the clear bags and paper and your time. I love your ideas.
These are so cute. I have to make these for all the kiddos in my life. And maybe even some strangers! I hope I haven’t missed out on all the crayons this year. School has started here in west Texas. I’m so glad your video popped up on my feed. I can’t wait to check out some more stuff. Have a great day!
These are super cute! I would go for $5. They are packed with goodies, and your time. I love your videos, because I can tell that all of your crafts are made with love ❤
Very cute. I think $4. Is fair. You put so much of your time into it. I have created some crafts for a craft far and that’s the hardest thing to figure out pricing. Thank you for sharing.
Very cute. I would pay 5$ especially at a craft fair. Don’t sale yourself short. You’re very creative and have a lot of time put into them. (I’m in Northern California, maybe craft fairs and supplies cost more here🤷♀️) I enjoy watching your channel.
These are so cute. For a craft fair, I would do winter type themes and not all Santas for many who don't do Santa. I would buy both. Activity books and sticker sheets would be fun.
Hi Deanna. Omg these are SO cute!! I love this idea! I am a huge sucker for cute Santa’s 🎅🏻 that’s why Doodlebug Christmas papers are my favorite! I need to get that paper you used, it’s amazing! I WISH we all could get together for a craft night!!! That would be a dream come true 😀 Kids would be so excited to get this set. Depending on your clientele, you could probably get $5 a piece for these! I would pay that. That’s adorable
Hey Deena, just picked up some Thanksgiving stickers, found some activity sheets online, crayons, and candy. I'm about to get these sets done. I'm liking the adult version suggestions. Thinking how I'd fill those. This is an amazing tutorial. Between you and Sherry at PoshPaperLady, my craft table will be filled with inspiring crafts. Thank you!!
Such an adorable idea! Love these! Thanks for sharing! I actually really like the first one with the pocket. Could you show how you put that together, please?
Very cute! I like how it came together. Here is my 2 cents (since you asked lol) .... I think the bags for the note pads and Christmas letter was an additional cost to you that I don't think was needed especially if you are going to bag the whole set together. Kids don't care about that kind of stuff 😉 The paper was kind of pricey too. It was 59 cents a sheet (full price right?) and you used 2 pieces. Question instead of covering the entire back of the note pad could you only cover an inch, fold it over and cover the whole front? The paper was upside down in the back so thats a good reason not to cover the whole back. If you dont want the brown card board use a scrap of coordinating card stock. Maybe you had enough scrap from the front of the envelope to cover the paper pad that way. What I'm trying to say is If you want to go with 3 dollars the materials you used probably cost between 2.00 to 2.50. Not including the goodies inside. I wouldn't go up in price, I would use less expensive supplies. One last cheater idea. Kids play packs at the dollar tree. The goodies are already coordinated. I am not sure if they make Christmas but they do make popular characters if you want to switch it up Oh I fibbed one more suggestion An adult version. Maybe a Christmas list pad to help with Holiday shopping. They can use the envelope book to hold receipts. Or instead put in a dollar tree puzzle book, tea bags and pen. You can cover the puzzle book in decorative paper.
Would love to see an adult version... maybe using dollartree nail filling boards, clipper packs, foot or hand soak packages and top with a polish our wrap a polish around a hand or face towel and put all in a sealing clear bag??? Wonder what size could be used? Love all of everyone's ideas. I'm never gonna sleep... lol
Deanna, I agree with so many that you are under pricing these. You put so much work and time into them, as well as your cost. You should definately be able to get $4-$5 out of them. One other thing, I noticed several suggested you leave one open for display. I don't know how you set up your space, but if you have an area that is higher and you are going to leave one open, you might want to keep it up and out of the little ones sight😉. My guess is you wanted this to be a surprise for them and if they see the display it kinda ruins it. Unless....you could put your display up without the folder? Anyway, I'm sorry for rambling on. It is a wonderful idea and a really good tutorial. Thank you! God bless you!
These are so cute. I like both ways to package them. I like to use my envelope punch board and you showed me another idea to use it. Thank you so much. It also looks like you are getting closer to 2000 subscribers!
I love the clear pack because a buyer can see all that they get without opening it. The second one is cute as well. I will sell these for $3.00 or 2 for $5.00 for the envelope pack and $2.00 for the clear pack. Tfs . You really are talented.
So cute! I made something similar. But I like your packaging better. Much easier and more efficient than what I did. But I was winging it. Lol. No way am I ripping them apart to start over though. Love the idea of something for the kids. :)
Hi sweetie I'm a newbie and also new to scrapbooking i am a crafter but i make wreaths, center pieces, mailbox toppers, ect.. But am so n love with these kind of crafts and need to know how and where do i start.. Lol plz help Tyvm
Hey Deanna! I love this idea! I have some kids in my life that will be getting these! YES, I think I spend more time looking for stuff than making things LOL. I SWEAR the scissors and tape hide from me on purpose! Ithink $3 or 2 for $5 would be fair in my area. You have to keep in mind people probably will buy more than one of these since there is an official letter they can send to Santa!
The 2nd one is pretty however I think that a buyer would like to see what's inside and the 1st one does that. I may be wrong. You're very creative. Will you be selling all 48 ideas at your craft fair?
I think the 2nd one looks like a little folder add a candy as kids get drawn to candy lovely I am going to make up goodie bags 3dollar sounds good I live in Scotland I am charging £3 and £5 for mine depending on size thank you for sharing
Very cute I would try to sell $3 or 2 for $5! I like both ideas but I think your first was best one. People are going to want to see what they are getting.
Very cute idea. I might do some as well. I would do $5 each. Time investment. Lori would love to see your santa plates when done. I would also love a get together for crafting. It would be fun to meet a group that shares my love for crafting. My quilt guild used to do a retreat at a hotel and got a small meeting room for two nights of quilting. It was a lot of fun.
I would sell them for at least five or six dollars. That is what I would be willing to buy them for. They are extremely cute and you have a lot of time out in them.
My grandkids will love these..Sending them from OK.to CA. Something special from Nana..Thanks for all your awesome ideas!..Where do you get your red tape?..
I would say at least $5. You have 3 sheets of 12 x 12 paper, plus all the goodies, plus all the packaging. PLUS your time. I know that as crafters (and I'm a cake decorator, also) we never get paid for our time. So, I wouldn't go less than $5. Just my opinion. This is a very cute idea.
I love Santa! I have been collecting them for years, probably have over 200. Our house is very festive at Christmas time. A couple of questions tho: Where is you get the glasses / And how are you going to let folks know what is in the package?
Another great idea!👍 I teach catechism to children and this is a great gift idea! I think you could probably sell them for $3.00. I would pay for that. What state are you from? I agree with you. It would be great to have a BIG get together picnic of crafters and craft & snack!😁💕
Lot of time it making. Maybe make coloring pages instead of note pad. Since it is a letter to Santa maybe ginger bread decorating set or snowman set instead or eyeglasses.
So cute. Yes $4 is a reasonable price. I'm thinking of making Santa letters n mayb a Santa plate for his cookies out of these heavy duty paper plates I got last yr. Mayb like 15 or 20 n mayb a low price. Idk yet. Lol. 💕

Love your ideas and how you packaged everything! Yes I love cute santas and the true meaning of Christmas. Thank you for sharing
Thank you!
Thank you for this. I'm making these for my sons Toy Charity to give out to the kids. He helps needy and sick children in our area.
Instead of the clear wrap, you could wrap each one as an individual gift using wrapping paper. Oh my gosh what a wonderful idea! Thanks for sharing.

These are so cute. For a craft fair, I would do winter type themes and not all Santas for many who don't do Santa. I would buy both. Activity books and sticker sheets would be fun.
I think some cute coloring pages and activity pages would be good to add inside. You can get them at Dollar Tree.
Patricia Dowd good idea! I went there yesterday and no Christmas stuff yet!🤗
Hi Deanna. Omg these are SO cute!! I love this idea! I am a huge sucker for cute Santa’s 🎅🏻 that’s why Doodlebug Christmas papers are my favorite! I need to get that paper you used, it’s amazing! injoystampin I loved the first one too! Kids like to be able to see what they are getting in the pack.
I love this idea. I think you could get 4 to 5 for them. I know I would pay that much for them. So cute and they would keep the kids busy for hours.
I love this idea. I think $4 - $5 per pack is a good price. I’d like to see an adult version, too.
Thank you!
Very cute! I like how it came together.

Can you add the links for the clear bags and other supplies, thank you

Rebecca Sobczynski it would be great!
Great idea x
Where do you get your bags? They are nice. Love you project.
Clearbags.com
These are so cute & clever.
Lot of time it making. Maybe make coloring pages instead of note pad.
Since it is a letter to Santa maybe ginger bread decorating set or snowman set instead or eyeglasses.
Linda Strandquist thanks for the idea!
Where did you get the glasses from? Very cute idea.
I liked both ways but I would have to agree to go with the first one so they can see what's inside.
Brenda LaClair thanks!
Love them. I think $5 would be a good price.
Carol Lundy thank you
So cute. Yes $4 is a reasonable price. I'm thinking of making Santa letters n mayb a Santa plate for his cookies out of these heavy duty paper plates I got last yr. Mayb like 15 or 20 n mayb a low price. Idk yet. Lol. 💕
Ida Thompson thank u
What is the size of the clearbag for the notepad?
I’ll check on that
Sorry, that's Ida. Would like to see your santa plates😄
Very cute xx
Very cute..I'd pay $3 maybe $4...to cut cost - on back leave plain or cover with solid paper if want to reinforce.
Thank you
