It's a beautiful project when is done with love, care and persistence. Am sure it will be beneficial in some places in a bigger / large scale.

yes. that bulkhead fitting. at the moment i use 50mm pipe for my trial setup but i am planning to use 110mm for the proper system

No sorry. this is inside knowledge of the aquaculture industry. You could use less but I dont recommend it.
