Maybe they could protect Arkansas by telling their troopers not to drive 140 mph, at night, with no emergency lights on, through an active construction zone. Even the cops are on meth in Arkansas
It is a Prison State.... The Government, the Sheriffs, the Judges, not to Mention the Communities, All Involved in Narcotics Use. Often Sheriffs are Frequents at Drug Houses or has Direct Contact with the Dealers and those Responsible for the Narcotics in the Community... Mostly because the Towns, Counties, etc.. are all So Small... Well, Relative to Population... No way to Fix this, Other than 'The Chip', use Facial Recognition, Fingerprint Scanning, Biometric Monitoring via PH Strip or the Fingerprint Scan, Use this for 'ALL MONETARY EXCHANGE... Call it 'The Mark' or Whatever... Make Every Cent Accountable.. Put an End to allowing these People to Use UPC Codes, Require Serial Numbers for All Purchases, except Consumable.. Which have Lot Numbers and Expiration Dates.. Prisons will NEVER WORK at this Point.... It is Too Far Gone and Too Bad in Many Areas, not only Arkansas... Though Arkansas is Extremely Bad.. Just because of Poverty... Arrest will Only Result in Permanent Incarcerations, because those Arrested cannot Afford Bail, Do not have Credit, Are Unemployable due to Work History, Criminal History, Education Level, etc... Prisons are a 'For Profit Corporation'..... Those who are Sent to Prison, are just 'Sacrifices from Local Communities', with there being Many, Many More, who Should be IN Prison.. Often Times, the Sheriffs and Municipal Body being Rampant with Corruption... I was from a Town in Arkansas, which they Manufactured Meth and the Entire Town was Corrupt... Once the Meth Traffickers Truck, used to Traffic Meth was being Kept or Parked on the Property Owned by the Sheriff's Dad, where he Lived..... Which the Sheriff Lived .25 Miles away, if that.... The FBI Raided the Trafficker and he went to Prison... The Sheriff never went to Prison.... Arkansas is just 'Too Backward' to Solve at the Local or State Level... The Federal Government would be the Only Ones who could Resolve the Problem with Arkansas Crime..
