It WORKED!!! I used warm tap water in a plastic basin! OMG!! No need for 'Distilled' water, or UNDU! This method takes some patience and time, but WOW....It Works!!! Just for reference, people....MY PHOTOS WERE COMPLETELY STUCK TO AN OLD PHOTO ALBUM, THE KIND YOU ARRANGE ON A STICKY BACKGROUND AND THEN SEAL IT WITH THE PLASTIC/MAGNETIC SHIELD...ALSO.....THE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN MOUNTED AND DRAGGED FROM RESIDENCE TO RESIDENCE SINCE 1981! SO........I IMMERSED THE WHOLE KIT N' KABOODLE, PAGE BY PAGE OF COURSE, AND WITHOUT THE PLASTIC/MAGNETIC SHIELD!!! PA BOOM!! My labor-intensive research, and all of the lamenting, brought me to this SIMPLE SOLUTION!! To the video creator: THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! BTW....I'm working on approximately 400 photos! I ruined all of my other photos, trying to rip them out, dental floss them out, and spatula them out. I stopped short of using the hair-dryer method. Good Luck, People!
This is so heartbreaking to me. This took place when my basement was flood and the company who dried my basement out caused condensation it caused damage to my pictures
How did drying your basement out _cause_ condensation? Dehumidifiers don't do that. Condensation is caused by a difference between outside and inside temperatures.

How long did you leave them in the water??
I followed his instruction. About an hour. Good luck! @@kimberlee302
Thanks!
I’ve used steam before but I don’t think mine were that bad.

I thought I was going to learn what to do if the water didn’t work.
Mine are unstuckable....
Thanks
I believe an hour is too long. Has anyone tried less time?
I think I'll go with the method of steaming them
