Did I Say Soul? Yes! This Covid 19 is a Blessing In Disguise Too.
Matagal Kona Din Yan Iniisip Bago Pa Magkaroon Ng Corona Virus Outbreak Globally. What Im Talking About Is To Have A Law Legislated Called "Earth Day Act" This will Enforce A One Month Lockdown Nationwide Every Year To Promote The Resurgence Of Mother Natures Green Atmosphere Once Again.
Thankfully, Covid 19 na Mismo Din Ang Nagpatupad Ng Idea Ko And I Hope Maging Lesson Din Sa Atin Ito Na We Atleast Need To Enforce 1 Month Lockdown Every Year To See A Great Result.
Before Being Implemented, The Government Should atleast Prepare A Two Month Allocation Of Enough Budget For The Labor Forces Whom Are Temporarily Unemployed To Stabilize Our Economy.

This is absolutely amazing, I hope the Philippines would decentralized Manila Metropolitan or Metro Manila to decongest the Metropolis. That would be a massive change to our country because Manila and it's neighbouring cities are heavily congested by commuters, Public Utility Vehicles and Transportation services. That is the reason why the government of our country cannot upgrade these transportation services and also lack of infrastructure is also a problem to traffic jams. I hope that they will do this Federalization movement rather than communists movements.

Wow Manila has 13 Million just added 200k because in 2015 census Manila has 12.8 Million. Maybe Cebu and Davao or other areas are having developments and so less people go to Metro Manila.

The problem also is that work is very centralized in urban city like Metro Manila that's why alot of people from provinces would rather live here than in their hometown causing dense population in one area, heavy traffic, shortage of water and electricity and etc. Govenrment would also want more car roads rather than making a train roads for everyone to use.

Found out that SCMP is based in Hong Kong. So the reason you see the coverage as per last year's riot in Hong Kong is indeed immense. Plus Hong Kong is still a World's Capitalist "Headquarters" aka SAR of China. Wouldn't be surprised upon their both sides' coverage.
