How to Replace Face in SOLIDWORKS

In this GoEngineer SOLIDWORKS tips and tricks video we discuss the command Replace Face. The Replace Face command helps achieve more complex shapes easier than it would with other available commands. It works by replacing a face with an extruded surface. This tool will simply your model by limiting the number of features needed to have a particular surface shape giving you greater control and saving design time. In this video a demonstration is shown of how two features are replaced by just one, the Replace Face feature, and achieving the same end result.
