In industrial work, you’re right. In ag work, you’re dead wrong. They were the reason why the steel tracked crawler died out. Most farms that bought a Wagner did so to replace a crawler.
Didn't know Wagner built so many different machines. Thanks for sharing. Really enjoyed this video.
Thanks ,,really enjoyed it myself
They need to start making tractors this simple and elegant again
Thanks for the fantastic upload of some great historic footage!
Thanks for watching,, and liking 👍 🙏. Let's us know people are enjoying
I bet there's still a few out there working. Built to last
I know for a fact that there is. They’re in Colorado I believe. At least one even has autosteer
Neat! I’ve gotten to see several in a large collection in my state (Indiana.) one of which is the only known TR-24
Check your Instagram messages. I sent pictures of it
The TR24 is a shell of it's former self with all the hackery done to it. Hopefully Wathen's rebuild it to this.

super rare film,Kenworth bought Wagner brand out and labeled them 'Kenworth' skidder shortly after
Just the skidders? I’ve seen plenty of the ag tractors
Not true.
FWD and Deere both bought out Wagner...not Kenworth

@@tomcander3669 Deere didn’t buy Wagner out. They made a contract with them to produce tractors
they shouldn't have stopped making tractors
couldnt compete with tracked equipment
