I Totally agree and further removed Im in the states so now it’s metabo hpt (Hikoki power tools) the selection is even more limited but we did just get the wr36de mid torque and 7&1/4” or 185mm rear handle which looks sneakily like the makita xsr01pt which is a truly great tool
Recently picked up one of these and the DV36DAX 36v combi drill and they're both powerhouses. Highly recommend them especially if you're already on the battery platform using the nail guns, no brainer.
got the old model and love it, I've heard this model once its hot and you continue driving bigger batten/bugle screws oil leaks out the front is this still a thing or just a 1 off?
Yea I have the latest and the one before I’ve been super pleased with the earlier model lasting 4 more years but oil definitely seams to be present I’m not sure if that’s how it come or if will continue to get worse but still happy to upgrade bolt mode and light is excellent also great for cladding and best gun for framing
I've been with the brand for 8 years now, happy with the decision. The only negative is the range. The Japanese domestic market has so much more.

@@Jeff-rk8hq the range in Japan is massive though, it's a shame they can't make ordering online easier.
Preach
Contact the local dealer and ask him for whatever you need. They should be able to provide you with everything.

Most reliable impact driver on the Australian market in my opinion
They released this in the us and nobody has a review yet
The best impact driver.
Great review 👏
Thank you!

Interesting is there somewhere I could find the info you’re referring to on that?

you forgot to put hearing protection on the driver mate, that's just it's ears bleeding a little.
Any information when this will be in the states (Metabo HPT)?
Its now in the Metabo HPT website, meaning it's listed but not for sale yet, but at least its coming.
Does it have the quick insert for the tips or do you still have to pull it out every time
You have to pull the collar out on insertion
@@SydneyToolsTVthat’s a shame ok boy real downside to the tool.
can you use the impact driver skin with 18v batteries?

How is it vs makita td172?

Do you people ship around the world ?
