Where did you get the sanding disk eraser! I love that! I usually have to scrape it off with a putty knife 🥴

Although Keith in a few weeks I seriously would love to start preparing to work on my kitchen
Counter if you wouldn’t mind coming up with a few colors.
I’m thinking in creams, grays and a splash of the brown. I have a lot of
Prep to do so no need to hurry. I’ll
      Send a pix of it.
      Thanks Lynn

I got a tiny hair in my test board utc. Everything else is perfect. We cannot get a perfect environment. Thats impossible.
Now I am scared to try it on the installed countertops. Is a bit of lint gets in the UTC, what can I do?

    • @kcdcdesigns

All you can really do is take all preventative measures to ensure a dust & lint free environment. If a hair or lint lands in the UTC, I would try very carefully to remove it with fine tweezers as to not touch the UTC, if possible.
Many are in the same situation and my best recommendation is to be sure there's no air moving in the area, 1-2 hours before and 1-2 hours after applying UTC. It's also very likely that a hair or lint may not be noticeable on the overall surface, except to you (if it's completely unavoidable).
I wished I had better advice, but at least with UTC it doesn't stay "wet" for several hours like epoxy does (I know that doesn't help much either).

@@kcdcdesigns absolutely! Saturation of the roller to start with, getting the heavy lap lines off with the wet roller and just a basic light rolling with the dry… KISS and simply basic steps really helps
