HDPE plastic molds is the perfect material for non-stick molds used for resin projects. Therefore you won´t need any more spray or duct tape. Also, the molds are completely reusable. Potentially you can reuse the mold infinite number of times.
So, if you´re sick of:
a) the time it takes having to make a different mold for every project,
b) having your mold stick to your project when it comes the time to remove it or
c) having to tape your mold prior to pouring the resin

One of the points to consider when choosing a HDPE mold is that the thickness of the HDPE is often overlooked. HDPE is an expensive material however only the surface of the HDPE comes into contact with the resin.
Consequently, there is little point in going to the expense of buying very thick HDPE molds, when really all that you need is the HDPE surface.
At rivertables.es all of our projects are made using these molds.
We are also able to sell our molds much cheaper than our competitors as we have done away with unnecessary extras. Small bubble spirit levels are notoriously unreliable, particularly when attached to the removable sides of the mold.
The molds should be placed on a sturdy flat surface, this flat surface should then be levelled using a long spirit level. This will then negate the requirement for adjustable feet.
All the sides of our HDPE molds are machined cut to size and secured with threaded inserts and bolts which allow for easy assembly and de-molding. Plus, the sides are straight, not tapered like some of the welded HDPE molds on the market, leading to less wasted resin and less finishing work. The molds can be constructed in under a couple of minutes.
As is the case with the majority of molds the only additional requirement is the sealing of the edges with a standard silicon.

FWIW, to make the HDPE molds last longer, store them in the dark (aka no sulight, no fluorescent light, etc..). Covering the outsides with material or coatings that block UV is also helpful.
The additives that protect the HDPE from UV are sacrificial and get consumed.
It will take a while for the UV protective additives to be used up, but I am guessing you want the molds to last as long as possible.

What is the depth of this mold? Also how long is shipping to the UK? Your website doesn't give this info
