Yo I’m new to producing. When you add your 808s I notice the level meter next to where it shows the seconds of the song, goes all the way up or it goes in the red. How do I get my Detroit 808s like this without it being insanely loud or literally blowing speakers out like you do? Been tryna find this out for a minute. I can get them to sound that loud but it just clips and literally distorts headphones and speakers and just sounds bad

Try using a clipper plugin on the 808. That should get it nice and loud without adding digital distortion.
