I researched that property as a Realtor because i was curious lol.
It is technically a part of the same property as the store in front of it, used as Residential and Commercial use.
They probably just lease out the business portion of the property.

Never a dull moment in LA. I went to LA from South Carolina in the early 90s and experienced a rave on a ranch in the desert and an earthquake after the rave got shut down. This was the first actual full day in LA. Raves were still so underground that we were unaware of what to expect. Didn't have them on the East Coast yet and definitely wasn't expecting to be in the biggest earthquake in 30 or 40 years. It was the one in Yuma or Yuka,Yuki Valley. I don't remember the name of the epicenter, but it was a doozy. Great video John!!
