RS 457 brake fading issue solved | Two must have mods for your RS 457|

- The one common issue on the 457 is the brake fade problem and early ABS intervention during panic breaking, this issue has been addressed by the installation of Brembo RCS15. I also tested the Quickshifter and blipper installed on the 457.

*i replaced the stock MC kit on my rr310.Brake fading issue is present in almost 4 caliper piston brembo calipers. Not all pistons inside the caliper will actuate when levers are pulled sometimes only two will actuate the rest of the time only one will actuate. I used a G clamp to block two pistons inside the caliper & applied brake lever upon inspection i found that only one piston was working. this was due to damaged piston seals which are not available with the dealer you need to purchase the whole caliper assy costing 6k only solution is to use KTM 390 caliper repair kit which works fine or use brembo kit as shown in this video which pushes the piston harder from its comfort zone*

you can get it locally or online if you have a sub 400 cc bike that will be the first copy or second copy costing 10k that will be far better works fine for this segment & response is instant. but if you own a super bike then you need to import it from offshore that will be a huge amount + custom tax.

RCB S1 could have saved from burning a hole in his pocket.
my friend has tried it its not as good as brembo rcs and wen u buy a bike worth so much ushould not think about money quality comes with a price and people who rhode my bike have been really impressed but rcb is ok not that effective
