Looking forward for this video from long time.. Thankfully.. I found this video.. You earned my like and subscribe bro for the noble work you've done as you said, this topic is not touched by any you tuber till date I guess..
This keyword is very Important unless if the profit cross more the 1CR then we need to have PVT company account. I don't think 90% retail traders will reach that target
If we register a partnership firm, we can take benefit of presumptive taxation. Under presumptive taxation, you can show 8% profit without maintaining any books or bills and pay tax only on 8%. There is a limit on income, though. Annually you should earn less than 2 crores, to be eligible for presumptive taxation. But, you can register multiple partnership firms. There is no such restriction. Pvt Ltd, LLP or proprietorship is not eligible for presumptive taxation.
can anyone solve my query of what broker at this date and time gives the ability to buy far otm options first in basket orders for heding benefits and accept pledging ? zerodha is all good but can't execute buying hedges first and have to execute sell legs in mulitple baskets which doesn''t let me utilize full margin available
Can't all these expenses be deducted in a proprietorship firm also rather than going for a pvt. ltd. with these huge compliance processes and costs because anyway director is liable for damages?
If I wanted to start another business can I transfer funds from this consulting company to other company? And If i have to manage other people money should I take as debt loan from them or charge consulting fee from them and trade in their dmat only . Which seems better option to you
Can i ask how do you take out profits from company account? Let's say you need a large sum of 20 lakhs for some personal reason (as a director). How do you take out? Is there any complication? As a dividend payout?
Shreyas, did you open LLC or one man company or Pvt LTD company ? Which one? This is important information to know because the compliance cost and other things are different for each of them. Thx.
Thank you for this great video, I just had a question: At how much yearly income (through options trading ) we must consider opening a corporate account, Shreyas Sir?
what is difference between trading company and consulting company as consulting company can give only advice to other people how can we trading on name of consulting company
Great information! My question is suppose you were holding shares(liquidbees or any other stocks) in your name before incorporating the company. Can you transfer those holdings to a corporate account? Thank you
Question about margin - I see you have a huge margin need - I am wondering do you pledge stocks or mutual funds to get this margin ..or just keep plain cash ? if you pledge mutual funds ..can u share which mutual funds ?
What is the tax rate if director wishes to withdraw salary? And should we pay taxes on both sides like as a company paying income tax & taking salary through company another income tax?
Shreyas sir, Being a CA i would like to ask you one question. Why haven't you set up LLP rather than Pvt. Ltd. Co? Under a company, first you'll pay corporate taxes @25% and then whenever you decide to distribute profits you'll pay DDT as per your relevant slab rate (which slab obviously be 30% again). However, under LLP you'll pay corporate taxes initially @30% but then as per section 10(2A) of IT Act, the profits shall not be taxed again in hands of partner (i.e you)
Hey Shreyas, I recently found out that if we mention consulting in the business description, we are not allowed to trade in equity, only F&O. Is there any workaround to this, as a huge part of my margin comes from pledging equity? Thanks a lot for this video, helped me a lot.
Can u manage other people's money in this company? how to do that? i want to start a similar company and also manage money for clients. how so i proceed? Thanks
Thanks for such clear information. Its difficult to get this even from seasoned CAs as confusion rules. The tax advantage is actually 5%, and as advised by you not worth it if profits are less than 1 crore?
Frankly, I have nothing to do with opening a company😂 but truly loved yr content and transparency... Very few on youtube are transparent as you... n in real life Not even CA's 😂... Thanks....🙏

Is it possible to incorporate a One Person Company (OPC) for doing the trading and investment activities in company's name? If Yes, what will be the procedure? Plz. make a detailed video on the above topic.
Thanks for the details. Wanted to know if we can separate short term and long term capital gains from F&O (business income ) in a corporate account. The tax rate for long term is only 10% as compared to 25% for business income. Is there any way to connect on phone to clear the doubts.
There r certain things regarding trading in company account- 1- u yourself said that as per NBFC definition, if more than 50 % profit coming from trading activity, nbfc license is required. If no body has received any such notice doesn't mean that it is allowed as per law. Same question has already been raised in tradingqna of zerodha. Traders have mentioned there that yes they have recieved notices from govt regarding NBFC license. Nitin Kamnth himself cleared that NBFC license is required. 2. If NBFC license is not required why u said that don't mention trading activity as main objective. Once we mention trading activity as our primary objective ROC will ask for NFBC licence. You escape this route by showing other business activity but that will again be termed as not complying with the laws. 3. Manu bhatiya sir recently has done one twitter space regarding the same query, he him self confirmed that yes NBFC license is must. Your logic for incorporating company is no body form govt asks abt anything. Firstly cases are selected on sample basis by ROC. So if ur cases doesn't comes under their sample, they won't be able to ask anything. U having a big follower count on TH-cam should not suggest such things.
Hi Shreyas. But forming a company will it benefit except for showing certain expenses for deduction as the mode of business which is options trading is taxed at 30% anyways. Will be helpful only when the tax bracket is more than 30% and is a full time trader.
Shreyas, can you do equity long term investing and equity cash trading, swing trading as well in that way or only F n O. thanks for the video, it is very helpful.
