Hi Alli, i've been watching your tutorials since quit a while now.But Iwill be starting in wire wrapping, I hope with your wonderful tutoring, that I will do great. Thank you for all your wonderful tut,as always . MAMI XOX
Really lovely design. I don't have the fancy wire, but I do have lots of cabs. Gonna try this soon. TFS! The only thing that caught me by surprise is that you bent the back end of the bail wires under. I was expecting you to turn them up and over the wire that wrapped around all of the tops of the wires. Seems more secure. Maybe not though.
Thank you so much for sharing your talent! Your video is wonderful , the instructions very clear! I will be following you to see what else you have to teach me!
Hi Allie,i love this tutorial video & the cabochon you are made is Beautiful so don't cut any coils because i'm not a pro of wire but i really love the look of this cab. I found hard to make those & like i say i'm really not very good whit wire but i love to see what beader,s do whit wire and you are very very good to make those cabochons, thank's to share this video.
Wow you are so good at this. I just started wire work and this is amazing! I just subscribed to your channel and i must say WOW. so many nice awesome and understanding tutorials. Thanks for sharing all these videos :)
Great tutorial - very clear! Are you using dead soft wire, or do you recommend something harder? Also, if using dead soft wire, is it necessary to lightly hammer the wire with a small rubber hammer to harden the wire? Thank you!
We tend to use both types, so it is really a matter of personal preference. A lot of the plated/German style wires tend to be half hard, so that gets used more than anything. You probably only need to hammer the deadsoft if you are using a thinner gauge. See what it feels like and adjust from there.
Hi, Allie, I just stumbled across this video by accident and boy am I glad I did! I needed the refresher for my wire wrapping. Didn't realize I was making the wraps around the wire too tight! Dink! Lightbulb over the head! I wonder, do you or Nathan have a tutorial on filigree wrapping? Stay warm! Hope to pop into your OH store this summer. Hugs! Val from Boutique V
I went to a local hardware store, as the bead wire is much less expensive, than purchasing it at a craft store (like Michael's). I picked up: Galvanized (recommended) wire, 175 feet, for $5.99.
Just tested on multiple computers that work, so might want to check internet speed, browser, plugins, etc. to see if one of those on your computer is a culprit.
You are such a good teacher. That's lovely.
Beautiful project! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

We are using wire cutters because we are cutting wire..... :DDDD
Nice project, will try my hand on this.
do you have this pattern or others in written form so that I may print them out and try it with sea stones???
We do not currently have any written patterns available other than in our stores, but may in the future on our website.
Why do I keep getting error messages whilst trying to download vidios ?
Not sure, but you aren't really downloading the video, just watching it in the browser. Perhaps you can try a different browser.
Where do you buy your wire?

She's only charging 35 for that pendant she's really be charging's like 60
The screen is totally black. All I get is audio.

You talk too much !! it hurts to listen to you without doing anythingg
Not everyone is experienced. If we don't explain a lot, we lose beginners. Can't please everyone.
This is a lovely project!! Thanks for sharing.
