I'm not sure if this is really the most exclusive Community in Georgia. The Ford Field and River Club has an HOA that is about 10 times of this one, just under $35,000 annually. And home prices are similar but with more acreage on the estate homes. And the development has more amenities, is overall larger, and sits on the Ogeechee River which is much larger and has direct access to the Atlantic and Ossabaw Sound/beaches. Very nice community, but to say 'most exclusive' isn't correct.
Ain't nobody buying new home in this crazyyyy over priced housing market, especially not within a stupid over price thief Karen and Maren subdivisions 😂😂😂 🪛🪛🪛 that, we'll pass

Sounds like an amazing community. I wish I could tour it but It’s about 4 hours from where I live. Georgia is a big state!

Well it’s definitely not cheap. I agree. House prices all seem high right now but in 10 years we will be reminiscing about these prices.
