    I've been able to sustain strong lifts pretty consistently for the past few years. I think its a sustainable program that keeps me decently fit. I think doing some form of strength training that keeps your muscle and bone density up is important as we age.

      I completely agree. It also isn't so time intensive that I neglect the rest of my other training
