I believe the purpose for a desert is that we are supposed to put artificial mountains in a desert which are approximately 10 km High and the humidity from the ground will go up to the top of the artificial mountain and turn into snow which halfway down will turn back into water again and if for whatever reason we are capable of doing such a thing we could attach one 10 km artificial Mountain beside a second 10 km artificial mountain and because there would be snow on both of the mountains and halfway the snow will turn into water that because they are beside each other in between the two of them there would be a pool of water that would be eternally eternally storing water because the humidity will constantly go up to the top of the two mountains and they are attached at the bottom so when the water comes down from the mountain it will form it to the pool of water at the bottom
