Since the idea of a projection took shape in mid-September 2019, we began testing another theme. Originally, this projection was meant to be based on Pirates of the Caribbean, but due to a lack of time, we decided to shift to The Greatest Showman. Right from the start of the projection, we are swept away by the film’s theme music, The Greatest Show. We see a circus tent with animals, circus characters, and a band that, in the final version, is made up of skeletons, a remnant of the original Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Confetti rains down while a skeleton plays the piano.
When Guillaume decided to make the first projection based on The Greatest Showman, we were all thrilled. This film is one of Guillaume’s favorites. It is a musical that tells the story of Mr. Barnum, a businessman and father who wants to provide the best for his family. The music plays a central role, with half the album reaching over 500 million streams on Spotify, including the song This Is Me, which has hit 1 billion streams. The film has also won several awards and nominations, including one for the Oscars. We absolutely had to create a projection based on this movie, and it did not disappoint the visitors!

Since 2019, we have been transforming our home in Lac-Beauport into a true Halloween stage for the delight of local families. This family project started with a projection inspired by the movie The Greatest Showman, and year after year, we strive to push our limits to offer an even more spectacular and immersive experience.
