hello! I was wondering what kind of netted inserts you were using? I am new to free-floating IHC and was trying to figure out a good protocol, Thank you!
In these videos I am using Ted Pella's Prep-Eze. However, I recall these small ones being rather expensive - $100 each. Thus, I replicated the design for 3D printing, and those designs can be found on my website link in the video description. You'll still need to buy the net from any sort of industrial supply company (I got mine from McMasterCarr - some sort of nylon mesh net) and then cut+superglue it on, but it should work the same for far less of a cost.
