Your 'restore' trick is a great trick for starting a new game altogether (in case you start not liking how you're leveling or the look of your character model). As your old character, break down all structures, put all materials in large storage boxes and make sure you unlock EVERYTHING (the best place to set this up it the southern most 'easy' spawn location and make sure you can easily find the spot every time you want to reroll). Make a local save BEFORE you unclaim any rafts or tames, THEN unclaim all tames and rafts, die somehow, and 'create new explorer'. Everything you've unclaimed will have a 15 minute decomposition timer, so as long as you can make a character within 10 minutes, you'll be fine (and admittedly, the more you do it, you will forget some things, forcing you to restart it again after you start leveling, then you realize you forgot to reclaim your favorite Dodo, so make sure you keep this save as your 'new game' base save).
Note: I only play single player, so I don't know if this is frowned upon online, but it's a must for the 'single player people that start over games because they finally notices that little detail on their character model that starts bothering them and they can't stop thinking about it' types lol.

Don't know i could save my progress in the way you stated. Can i do as you stated to start new character on single player without taming, breeding, imprinting all of my tames, or re-collecting all of the rare blueprints from dungeon. For example, i want to change my game from medium to brutal. Can i start new game without losing all of my tames, blueprint,...?

I just wanted to mention something. Isn’t this way cheaper in multiplayer as well compared to reviving a griff the normal way?
I say this because let’s say I’m trying to revive a lvl 300+ griffin, it will cost me like 300+ amber to revive it. But if I use your method and it takes 150 tries, it would still only cost me 150 amber and +2 to revive . So basically you’d spend 300+ amber the regular way but only about 152 amber your way.
Also since u have a single player with griffins, could you do me a favor and let me know how much amber it would cost to revive a lvl 300+ griff.

Thank you 😊, also how this work would in multiplayer is you would have to either raise and/or tame griffins and then chronicle them and process them in the tek kibble processor. Also I think a level 300 griffin would be somewhere between 200+ amber.

@@Tyler-fx9hf you can get a eerie tapejara from in the dungeons. I have one its really nice. Ive got rex’s, argie, carno, tapejara, bronto, therizino all eerie from just collecting implants. When you do dungeon next create a savepoint before the tek chest. Then keep resetting the save point until you get what you need 😊 similar to how you create a save for when you die inside the dungeons but do exactly the same before a tek chest save 😊
@@Tyler-fx9hf and it took me a whole movie to turn my griffin eerie so its a long process but boy is it worth it. 😊 and not only does it give you the eerie griffin but also gives you a griffin kibble to 😊

I don't think this is a glitch they showcased this feature in the spotlight of the item.
So I can transfer many different dinos into eerie or just a griffin
You can transfer any creature that has it’s own kibble, you can look on the wiki. If the creature has its own kibble under the name then it will work

I have a question? I've been attempting this with some creatures like the Giga and Rex, but the process button wouldn't appear..
The giga doesn’t work in the tek kibble processor, but for the rex you may not be putting enough kibble. What kibble were you using ?

So yes you can chronicle creatures and it’ll process, unless it been fixed. But you can’t restore on multiplayer, so it would probably be better to do it the normal way on multiplayer

Hey man I have an online server that starts everyone at level 100 and id give you admin priv if you stop by and bestow some of your ancient hidden knowledge.

You can use any kibble, it’s just that some kibbles aren’t as good and require you to put more in the tek kibble processor. The best kibbles for you to use are, spino, argentavis, megalosaurus, therizinosaur, rex, quetz, bronto, and griffin

Crave TV It’s probably because you’re too low level, don’t have a crown, or don’t have one of the same names as the griffin. There’s some videos on everything you need to know about royal griffins, try checking them out for a more thorough explanation
