For some reason, the writers insisted that they must always have some kind of cheesy romance going on. There have been some awful ones over the years, but Ben and Pippa take the cake. As characters they don't have a single redeeming feature between them, and together they are exponentially awful. I find it really hard to believe how the producers could have looked at the Pippa character and thought "yes, she'll keep the audiences interested." I mean how did they not get how certain characters were just plain bad? Were they watching the same footage as us?

When Reynolds was explaining to her about her treatment of Jennifer while she was in Wentworth to avoid possible claims of conflict of interest, Jennifer more or less told her in response that her time in Wentworth caused irreparable damage to their relationship on the outside. That Jennifer had the hide after all of that to ask her to take her In was unbelievable. Minds aren’t easily changed either when it comes to a person’s guilt in a crime.
