Mozart - Ganz kleine Nachtmusik discovered in 2024! (Unpublished)

- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 24 ก.ย. 2024
- An unpublished piece of music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, likely composed during his adolescence, has been discovered in a German library by researchers.
Dating to the mid- to late-1760s, the piece is a string trio of about 12 minutes, divided into seven short movements. The manuscript was not written directly by the composer, but is believed to be a copy made around 1780.
The discovery was made during the compilation of the latest edition of the Köchel catalogue, the definitive archive of his works. Until now, the young Mozart was known primarily for his piano compositions, arias, and symphonies. However, a list left by his father indicated the existence of many chamber music compositions, thought to be lost, until the discovery of this string trio.

Just imagine how this will sound when a full orchestra gets to practice this piece.
It’s a string trio, so that probably won’t happen. I mostly look forward to a better recording, though no offense to the musicians. They hardly had any time to prepare following its discovery.

Bad interpretation. How disrespectful to give a newly discovered Mozart piece to students and give them 2 days to premiere to the world!
@@gre7310 it seems several thousand people seem to disagree with you. How snob has the world become, to always expect crystal clear, CD-worthy and mistake-free productions. Be happy that young students were given the opportunity to play music that was written by someone who was even younger. And to give this performance they way they did, despite having been informed 2 days in advance what they were actually perfoming (they had been given sheet music with no composer name), and the media frenzy that surrounded them, not even to mention the masses of people wanting to hear this piece for the first time in 2 centuries? The saying goes, if you dont have to say something nice, dont say anything at all. You can criticize, if the goal is to transfer knowledge and experience. Not to put someone down. Especially young students.
@@JSOLeipzig
I am not blaming the students, but whoever decided this was a good idea. Someone thought that giving 2 days to amateur players to practice would result in a resonable good performance? Come on... That's not the place and circumstance to give an opportunity to young students. It's not about being crystal clear and perfect performance, but rather PLAY THE RIGHT NOTES AND PLAY IN TUNE!
Mozart dropping a song in 2024 is unexpected
Mozart for song of the year.
The fact that it even sounds different and freshly new
When Mozart died it was a big shock to everyone. And one day some guy was walking past his grave and heard a weird noise. So he told the Pope. The Pope came and he listened to the noise and said:
- Oh, it's the 8th symphony backwards.
And then it's the 7th, then 6th.
And then after a long while a crowd of people came. And then the Pope just said:
- Don't worry everybody. Mozart is just de-composing.
XD
But Mozart lost his own tomb. No one knows where it is, even today.
Or maybe you know this but still wanna drop a joke. I dunno. I'm just Mr. Obvious.

Let's make Mozart artists of the year on Spotify
This is so metal in the craziest way.
Do you like Mozart? His early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when Jupiter Symphony came out in '88, I think he really came into his own, commercially and artistically. The whole symphony has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Antonio Salieri, but I think Mozart has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. In '24, Mozart released this, his most accomplished composition. I think his undisputed masterpiece is "Ganz Kleine Nachtmusik". A song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the nuances of the composition. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity and the importance of trends. It's also a personal statement about the composer himself. Hey Paul!
🪓
i hope he continues his career, this is really good
This year feels like a fever dream.
Wow blessed are the old fans who have been waiting since his last album release😭😭😭
Ah, good old Mozart! How delightful it is to hear that a piece of his, hitherto unknown, has been unearthed in Munich! My heart leaps with joy at the very thought of this splendid discovery. It is as though we have found a hidden gem, long buried beneath the sands of time, now sparkling once more in the light of our admiration.
This new composition, I dare say, enchants the soul in a manner not unlike the sweet melody of a nightingale at dawn, or the gentle rustling of leaves in a tranquil summer breeze. Each note, like a finely cut diamond, glistens with the brilliance of his genius. Indeed, this piece, though freshly unearthed, feels as timeless as the eternal beauty of the heavens themselves. What a treasure, what a gift it is to our ears, to once more revel in the unmatched splendor of Herr Mozart's creations!
I do agree with thee, fine sir, or, if you prefer, fine maiden. This particular piece, though it hast been hitherto unknown, is another of Mozart's finest. Simply marvellous.

Two hundred years ahead, Mozart were always 200 years ahead. This has been the greatest social experiment he’s come to know, certainly the greatest of his entire life. It's alluring, It's compelling. It's gripping to bear witness to observe all these unwell, unbalanced, disoriented beings roam the internet in search of musics. In search of...ideas. Of conflict, of rivalries. Where people develop a distinctive desire for direct engagement where people feel involved with the musics and therefore become product of influence. Thirsty for distraction, from time spent from lackluster lifestyles spoiling their minds while stimulating at the exact same time. It's brilliant, but it's also dangerous. It's dangerous. He felt as if his life has been positioning to where he was monitering ants, on an ant farm. One follows another... follows another... follows another. It's, it's mesmerizing, it's enthralling, it's spellbinding. just look at all these listeners, all of these lost and bored people, listening anything that they're told to listen. He was the composer. He made himself one, and people will consume these stories year after year after year. Musics that.. the music that shock.. that confuse, musics that are deliberately made to blur the boundaries between fact and fiction. Musics that permite, infect, and linger. In the minds of the ants. Influence the ants, brainwash the ants. We, are the ant. He “woke” this year to music uploaded into a YT account for simply not doing something. For simply going through with something. People are the most f’d up creatures on this planet. And we will continue to consume and he’ll continue to be two hundred yeaes ahead. Today, he thought it would be a splendid idea to go out and get some music. Gee, are we surprised? Have we forgotten the music? Are we not paying attention? After all we’re here to listen, are we not?
That was the quote that inspired nickoavocado
This is litteraly a Mozart's new hit, we should make it the song of the year
