Then your salvation is based on your faithfulness, enduring to the end, that's works and is not based on the grace of God. Salvation is God's gift to us , it is not earned, based on our continuing, endurance, faithfulness, obedience etc. If salvation were left up to the believer none would be saved. Salvation is solely, completely, fully based on what Jesus Christ did to save us forever and can never be changed.
