I didn't expect Vice City to be so small when zoomed from afar but hopefully they place the rest of the states in the modification.

Same with me, it shows in the radar and the map in the pause screen, but in-game, it's as if I didn't install the mod, I can only see the regular San Andreas map and the endless sea.

In gta sa, If you drown a car for 5 minutes in middle of the sea and bring it to the land.... The engine will not run properly... And the car cant be driven

this absolutely does not work for me. i have followed everything on this video 100%. IDK what else to do. drivers are good, its a clean install as well. The game crashes after the Francis International screen.

@disabled_1032 Yes just install gta sa again. make sure it's a clean version but don't downgrade it. and just put the S&S files into the root folder. This worked for me but theres a chance it may not work for you but give it a go.

How much of this mod is actually done? I tried going to vice city but for me it's just water there no land and there's no population at all in most places other than around San Andreas I really love the idea of the mod but is it anywhere close to finished?

Great tutorial Jizzy ! I appreciate it. But there is a problem. Whenever I load a saved game, it crashes every time & says about "Fastman limit adjuster error". Otherwise, starting a new game works fine. Can you please help me in fixing it ?

Wait,do I need to delete SAMP on my GTA SA folder?
Yes, SAMP is not compatible with this mod. For Stars and Stripes you need a clean gta sa folder without any mod. (SAMP is modification too).
It's simple - create 2 copy of gta sa clean folder. One with SAMP, second with Stars and Stripes.
