Here's the prompt as text: I want to use "voice of customer" messaging on my website to increase conversions. To do that, I need you to analyze lots of real online customer reviews of [dog groomers] for commonalities, including common phrases, words, sentiments and ideas that appear the most. Organize these commonalities into rough answers to these 4 questions: When did you realize you needed a product/service like ours? What problem does our product/service lessen/fix for you? Did you consider any alternatives to buying/working with us? What concerns or hesitations did you have before you decided to buy/work with us? Deliver in the following format: Commonalities that answer all 4 questions, followed by a list of the most common phrases.

I have been doing web design for 15 years and your content is all gold.
The 'solving problems you didn't know about' point is interesting. I have a part time book repair business, specialising in prayer books/Bibles, and the thing that gets positively mentioned the most is the new replacement ribbons I put in...which is the easiest part of the process! It was easy to overlook that in my messaging because it was so basic, but it means a lot to the end user. Thanks Wes.
Great video, very insightful! But could you also add the prompt in your description or comments. That would be really helpful! You think that wes mcdowell doesn't know to put this in the description?? it increases youtube videos view count. who gives a F about people. Just make a video as if You are sharing something and make that youtube money.
@@victorsam9871 , hmmm interesting point. I didn't think about it like that but it makes sense what you are saying! This way people come back to the video, such a shame though but to each their own.
All YT creators WISH it worked like that. IMO, Wes is sharing valuable info. Would it be better if he put the prompt in the description? Yes, but let's not assume he's leaving it out intentionally.@@victorsam9871
This is incredible advice Wes, really appreciate it! I'll be implementing this strategy asap & as with all your videos I'm positive this will help grow my business site online. Thank you so much
I have Chat GPT4 as well and it did the same thing you are saying. But keep trying different versions of what you do. eg: I did "website designers" - it gave me hypotheticals. Changed it to "web design" worked as it should. It went from "To provide a comprehensive analysis for enhancing voice of customer (VoC) messaging on a website, we'll assume a hypothetical scenario where we've analysed a broad array of customer reviews across various website design services. This analysis will draw out common phrases, words, sentiments, and ideas, categorising them into responses that align with your four questions. The aim is to distil insights that can guide the crafting of persuasive VoC messaging to bolster conversions." to " To provide an analysis that meets your requirements, I'll synthesise common themes and sentiments found in customer reviews of website design services. This synthesis is based on typical feedback patterns observed across various platforms and services, aiming to capture the voice of the customer effectively." Give it a go and change the wording until it works. BTW, Wes, amazeballs brilliant. Thank you!
Does this only work with paid chatGPT? I copied your prompt exactly as written and chatGPT said "I can't assist with that." I used the first prompt in Bard and it gave me the results but then when using the second prompt it said " I'm unable to help, as I am only a language model and don't have the ability to process and understand that."
Great video, but the AI-generated video threw me off. It might be better to use still images and then animate a bit of jiggle into them. I think it would be less distracting 😅

Hello. Thanks Wes!
My pleasure Patrick!
I upgraded to the paid version, and it's not doing anything. Am I doing something wrong? It keeps saying it can't browse for me..

Will any of the ChatGPT paid plans have this function?@@WesMcDowellInc
I have the pro version and it also said to me, that it couldn't do it
@@mortenhedegaard7562you need to get the add on
Agreed with you@@mortenhedegaard7562 . I too am getting a "cannot do it" message form chatGPT and I have the paid ChatGPT 4 version.
