It’s possible, in your server just hit connect via ps network, you’ll see a window where you can see the controls, this guy made a bit of a mess explaining it

Unfortunately, you can’t include your discord audio while your streaming. You can only include playstation party audio in your stream if you’re streaming through your PS5.
My discord app doesn’t even show me an option for joining in ps. It won’t even delete the channels I’ve made by mistake in trying to do it. I have an iPhone, can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? I fucking hate discord because it won’t just do what I want it to do
Do you know a fix for Voice cutting out on PS5 Discord? In a call with my mate who's on ps5 and he keeps cutting out every time he speaks needing to rejoin the call if anyone knows a fix or has the same issue let me know!

It can also depend on your noise suppression settings since ps5 has built-in noise suppression. the only fix per say is to leave and join the call back but its a bit inconvenient due to it needing to be done once every 10-20 minutes
