How come nobody is mentioning all the players missing from the team due to injury or motherhood? There's literally 7 starters including heath, press, pugh-swanson, macario, sauerbrunn, mewis, dahlkemper, Davidson. Time to tamp down the expectations. I guess the cooligans only watch mens cause this sound like the same analysis of Gregg Berhalter.

That's because Vlatko doesn't know what he is doing. Morgan, Smith, and Rodman are all 9s. None of the forwards have the capacity or willingness to play the servicer like Heath and Rapinoe the last 2 WC. Horan is garbage. Jill Ellis benched Horan at the last WC because her service was so subpar. Vlatko built the team around injury prone Lavelle. She is the only one on the field remotely capable of providing service to the attacking forwards.
