- This is the first episode of my travel vlog - searching for real food made with fire. I decided to start with yakitori - amazing japanese skewers made on a binchotan charcoal. In this video I tried to answer a few basic issues about yakitori:
- what is yakitori
- how to make yakitori
- which parts of the chicken is yakitori made of
- what is tare - yakitori sauce
- what is binchotan
- why japanese cuisine is so special
- is street food in japan real
- how does yakitori grill look like
- what's the best yakitori recipe

My name is Kacper Salzman and I am a grillmaster from Poland. In my free time I travel the world looking for real food made with fire.
That's the first episode of my travel videos (vlog) cycle. I will be posting videos from my travel to Japan, Mexico, Vietnam, Norway, Spain and many other countries. If you are interested in getting to know local, non-touristic places to eat in these countries make sure you subscribe. I will be giving honest food review from every place I go. Touristic places make me sick. I'm looking for real, local food made by people living in this country for people living in this country

Uh so whats the name of the place?
that's a problem... I really cannot find it... :-( I don't believe I didn't put the marker in google. I am positive I got to this place because of some suggestions I found online, and now I cannot find it again... I will try to ask somebody to translate the name of it from the pic. sorry...
What are you a barbarian, why are you eating with your hands?
yep. I am ;-) and love it!
