That is a very big estste, you will need a map to get around once it is fully built up, good street lighting is also a must. Nice walk Mr Reid, that's why they will need to build a little shopping plaza in the complex.

Great Development, not far from, Jamaica Zoo, Holland Bamboo, Santa Cruz, YS Falls, Appleton Estate (for a rum tour), Middle Quarters (for Shrimps), Black River Safari , Border for fish and Bammie , i need to go and capture a piece of that land , legally of course

Beautiful Fire Reid....but i want to hear the goats baaing. The cows mooing, the chikens the dogs. Some carrots and yam. A custard apple tree, some star apple, sour sop and sweet sop. Just a simple fulfilling sit under a tree and chat wid di neighbors passing through. No more stressful fanciness

Thinks this view landscapes curb appeal Rated in the top 3 residents scheme in Jamaica ,, or gated community the curb appeal wow the greenery wow landscape BUCK view amazing,,dont coat me wrong nuff gated community dont have that curb appeal, and i know a few,
Very true, I look at many other gated communities in Jamaica and they dont have that greenery, but nuff concrete /asphalt instead
Yeah this is a nice place very refreshing to see this kind of development in Jamaica and in my Parish I wonder how much for the Lot, I really love it great planning trust me people are fed up of some little piece of spot you can't even turn around in, so yes this looks like finally someone comes up with a good job just hope that the price is right. There’s a plot on sale through the MLS service - check Coldwell Banker Jamaica website. Also, if you look up Claudia Davis here on TH-cam; she’s a realtor and advertised a few plots where people did not move forward with purchase - not sure if those might still be available

There may be private investors who want to sell- worth exploring. I find that often with these developments people buy land as an investment with the sole intention of selling later on when prices appreciate in value.

Palm Brook Estate Gated Residential Land Development. The owner for this estate has done the right thing by selling the land to the citizen to build their homes instead of having it sitting there and not doing any thing with it. I had noticed it's going to be a big community.When the citizen finish building their homes it's going to be beautiful.I think they should build some more side walks and puts stop signs on each streets. My greatest concerns how far these building are from the housing scheme. The police station, The fire station, Hospital, Clinic, Supermarket, Banks, Post office, Schools Churches, etc.If they are close by fine. If not they will have to build them on the permises or close by. I would advise the citizen not only to buy the land for building houses, but to build some small business on the land.This would be a big improvement for the community. I do hope that the other parishes will do the same thing so that each citizen can own a piece of land for themselves. I am sure it's going to be a big improvement for the country.

Landscape is easy to build on, but this scheme is going to take a long time to build up.
If all the lots are sold then it probably wont take that long to build out . Plus remember Covid-19 has stopped many from traveling.
